Where do you ship?

During our soft launch phase, we will only be shipping within Hong Kong. We will be shipping internationally upon official launch - international friends, stay tuned!

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How long will it take to ship to me?

1 - 3 business days. Standard shipping via SF Express is free for local orders when you spend $500 or more.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund in the original method paid or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened.

In order to receive a refund, we must receive the package within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that this includes shipping time and any returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting returns for our mixology sets.


How do I place a return?

Please reach out to with your order number and the products you'd like to return. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $500, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we will receive your item.

All sales items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
